Welcome to The Birds & the Bees. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. We keep things simple, clear, and friendly—but these policies help us run our small farm smoothly and fairly for everyone.

Local Pickup Only

All orders are available for local pickup at our farm in Pleasant Hill, CA.
Pickup times are scheduled during checkout.
The farm address and pickup details are provided after your order is completed.

If you need a time outside our regular pickup hours (Mon–Sat, 11 AM–6 PM), you may contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming:

Your order details
Your selected pickup day and time
Any additional instructions
Please double-check that your contact information is correct so we can reach you if needed.

Cancellations & Changes

Because many of our products are seasonal, limited, or made to order, we kindly ask that any cancellations or changes be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food items, handmade goods, small-batch items), we cannot accept returns once the order has been picked up.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Product Availability

Our eggs, honey, beeswax soap, and leather care products are made in small batches. Availability may vary by season, harvest, or production time.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with:

An updated pickup time, or
An option to substitute or refund the item

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate.
If a mistake happens (we’re human!), we reserve the right to correct it and will notify you if it affects your order.

Personal Information

Any information you provide—including name, email, phone, and order details—is used only to process your order and communicate with you.
